Pierpont Farms

Located just outside the city limits of Columbia, MO, this family-owned and run farm has established itself as a local source for fresh vegetables.

Utilizing compost, cover crops, trap crops, row covers, pond irrigation, and crop rotations, the farm employs numerous non-chemical methods for ongoing soil improvement. High tunnels are used to extend the growing season and protect tender crops.

The farm grows a diverse range of produce including heirloom, slicing, and cherry tomatoes, lettuces and other greens, cucumbers, summer and winter squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, garlic, and herbs.
