Practices
The farm employs a grass-fed and grass-finished approach for their Scottish Highland Cattle, ensuring the beef is USDA Certified Grass Fed. Pigs are raised on pasture, and chickens are free to roam. Steroids and hormones are never used, and antibiotics are reserved strictly for rare instances of illness.
The Rest
Products are available at local farmers markets from April through October, and a meat CSA is also offered.
