Little Hill Berry Farm

Aaron Wills and Molly McGovern Wills, along with their children Ben and LuElla, own and operate the farm. Aaron, originally from Sauk Centre, MN, was inspired to farm after his Peace Corps experience in Bulgaria, where he saw the importance of food in community life. Over the past decade, they have transformed their land from corn and soybean fields into a thriving organic berry farm.

The farm employs organic farming methods, ensuring that their blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. They have also integrated native prairie strips into their landscape, promoting biodiversity and soil health.

The farm offers a family-friendly atmosphere with provided containers for berry picking. Blueberry picking season is in July and early August, while strawberry picking season extends from late July through September. The farm also sells pre-picked strawberries and raspberries and encourages visitors to check their website or Facebook page for updates on picking times and availability.
