Hay Family Farms

Hay Family Farms, located on Milnes Road in Modesto, is the only choose-n-cut Christmas tree farm in the area. Owned and operated by John and Laurie Hay, the farm has become a cherished destination for families looking to create lasting memories. The farm is known for its personal touch, with the owners making an effort to meet each visitor.

The farm offers four varieties of Christmas trees: Monterey Pine, Giant Sequoia, Cedar, and Leyland, all priced the same regardless of height. Additionally, the farm grows delicious, juicy pomegranates and other seasonal fruits and vegetables. A juice/wine press is available for rent for those who wish to juice their pomegranates on site.

Visitors can enjoy several photo spots throughout the farm, with no cost for taking family photos during seasonal events. For those interested in professional photo shoots, private sessions can be arranged for a nominal fee.
