Edgewood Farm

Edgewood Farm began planting Christmas trees in 2001 and now boasts over 10 acres of trees ready for cutting. Owned and operated by Jon and Janet Kowal, the farm is located in Hunterdon County and offers easy access from major routes. The farm also features a bakery, Cinderellie's Sweets, known for custom baked goods.

The farm raises natural Angus beef, allowing the cattle to graze on pasture and supplementing their diet with a special mix of grain sourced from a local farmer. The beef is sold frozen to ensure freshness.

Visitors can bring their own saws to cut Christmas trees or use the farm's tools. The farm also offers to cut the trees for customers. Quantities of beef range from 30 lb boxes to whole cows, and the farm typically pre-sells all of its beef.
