This is the season of joy — and after nearly a year of rebuilding from Hurricane Helene, Wildhaven is finally reopening with heart, fire, and deep gratitude.
You’re invited to join us for WILDFIRE, our only dining event of the year: a one-night-only celebration that brings people together around food, flame, and the unshakable magic of a mountain evening.
Set beneath a canopy of stars and the soft glow of firelight, WILDFIRE is equal parts celebration and sanctuary — a place where joy is rekindled and every detail invites you deeper into the moment.
This year’s culinary experience is led by Chef Ulysses Gonzalez, whose bold, Argentine-inspired open-fire cooking transforms seasonal ingredients into something unforgettable. Expect a soulful, fire-kissed feast paired with botanical cocktails and local wines from Linville Falls Winery — plus a few unexpected touches to surprise and delight.
