Cold pickling is a quick, easy and delicious way to preserve and enhance vegetables that are ready to nosh in just a few days or be preserved for months, full of bright, beautiful colors and all the vitamins and minerals those fresh veggies provide.

For this class, we will be exploring a variety of early spring and wintered-over veggies that we purchase from (and therein support!) our local farmers, along with fresh produce from several local markets.
