HBA of Western Michigan is proud to present the 34th Annual Parade of Homes showcasing the latest in-home building design and products.
Houses included in the Parade exhibit the hottest trends in architecture, floor layout, building materials, energy efficiency and interior design. Square footage and prices range from starter homes to estates. These spectacular homes are located throughout Kalamazoo, Portage, Mattawan, Vicksburg, Gull Lake and more.
The Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour where ticket holders can view as many homes as they like in any order they choose. Ticket purchases include the official Parade of Homes Guide Book which contains pictures and descriptions of each home, and a map.
If you're thinking about building a new home or remodeling the one you have, this is the time to meet with HBA Builder Members as they showcase their home designs and craftsmanship.
PARADE HOURS : August 1-3 & 8-10, 2024
Thursdays 6:00 – 9:00 pm
Fridays 6:00 – 9:00 pm
Saturdays 1:00 – 7:00 pm
