Start the New Year off with 4 delicious soup recipes. Join Chef Bruce Yim and TVF crew for a 2 hour hands-on cooking class.
In this winter series, learn how to prepare 4 different hearty and healthy soups. Participants will be cooking in our fully equiped commercial kitchen and led by Chef Bruce Yim and the TVF Kitchen Crew. All ingredients will be provided. Each class will last 2 hours and you will have delicious soup to take home each week. You can register for 1, 2, 3 classes, or for the full 4 class series.

Jan 12: African Spice Yam Soup with Flatbread
Jan 19: Squash, Cauliflower and broccoli chowder with house made “Oyster crackers”
Jan 26: Xiao Long Bao Soup Dumplings with Farm Vegetables and Ginger Broth
Feb 2: Ginger Congee with Roasted Tofu, Mushrooms and Traditional Chinese Dipping Donuts
