Spring Awakening : An Afternoon of Discovery + Clearing
A new season is upon us.
It's time to clear out the old and stagnant to welcome in all that's ready to blossom.
This intimate, afternoon experience will include:
- Deep energy work + visualization
- Gentle yoga and release
- Soundbath with Tibetan Bowls
- Nourishing meal
- Sacred sister circle
We are so excited to welcome in all of the women ready for a rest, reset + renewal.
