Award-winning Chef Ted leads a hands-on pizza and calzone-making class in a beautiful environment.
Come have a fun cooking party workshop! We'll greet you with a warm welcome at our mountain-top retreat which, wherever you look, has views and picturesque vignettes. Award-winning Chef Ted will then lead a hands-on pizza and calzone-making class.
You’ll learn how to:
- make fresh pizza dough
- make shells for later use
- treat toppings
- make sauce
- make a calzone
- grill a pizza, weather permitting
We’ll use mostly organic and regional ingredients that herald mainly from nearby Vermont farms.
- Length: 3 hours
- Recipes included
- Gluten-free option available with advance notice
- Also good for children four years of age or older
- Two-person minimum if no one else has booked
- BYOB and EAT WHAT YOU MAKE!
