Sunset Yoga in the Labyrinth (Multiple Dates)
About the Event
All are invited to attend an Open Level Flowing Yoga Class in this beautiful Battery location! We will practice yoga to create balance in our bodies and minds, while we celebrate the summer sun.
This event is free and open to all who wish to join! Even if tickets are "sold out" you can still attend.
All yoga levels are welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat. Sessions may be canceled in the event of rain, and updates will be sent by email at least an hour before the event if so.
Directions to The Battery Labyrinth: Please reference this map or use these coordinates to find the meeting spot. Please also note that the northern side of the park is currently under construction, so you will need to enter the park along State Street (the map linked above outlines areas blocked off by construction).

Mary Barnes, E-RYT 500, RPYT, YACEP is one of New York City's most energetic and well-respected yoga instructors. Teaching since 1990, Mary currently offers classes at Pure Yoga, The Battery Conservancy and Battery Park City Park Authority that are invigorating, enlightening and joyful. Whether teaching Vinyasa, Basics or working with Pregnant students and New parents, she incorporates the full range of yoga poses, along with expert attention to alignment and breathing.
