Directions About the Event
Overlooking the Salish Sea and the San Juan Islands, Woodstock Farm is the perfect location for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Balance and recalibrate your body, mind, and spirit in this gorgeous outdoor setting as the sun dips into the Bay.
Kristi will lead guided gentle breath awareness techniques meant to help soothe the nervous system. The evening will then flow into an intentional soundscape of crystal bowls, artisan gongs, and sound tools finishing in sound mediation practices which center, connect, and restore.
Bring a yoga mat or blanket, small cloth to cover your eyes and dress for the weather.
Parking is limited, ride sharing is highly encouraged.
