Come practice with Trish & Matt on Sunday Mornings in some of the most exquisite gardens and greenhouses on the South Shore of Boston! Take a deep breath and exhale!

Join a memorable weekly practice which includes Matt on LIVE ACOUSTIC GUITAR and Trish teaching and ALL LEVELS YOGA and leading an IMMERSIVE SOUND BATH on the banks of the North River in the spectacular gardens of Kennedys of Scituate!

Depending on the weather, you will either enjoy OUTDOORS in this enchanted garden on the North River or INDOORS in the magical greenhouse (which is kept at 68 degrees)
