Join us for an immersive 2-hour 'Seed to Cup' coffee training class designed for true coffee enthusiasts. This class is taught by Bryson, the Director of Education and Quality Control at Medici, this session will guide you through the journey of coffee, starting at the farm level. Discover the fascinating world of coffee processing types and the roasting process during the first 1.5 hours, as we unravel what makes each bean unique.
The final 30 minutes bring theory to practice with an engaging cupping exercise. You'll have the opportunity to taste and analyze a variety of coffees on a cupping table, honing your palate and applying your newfound knowledge. Each participant will take home a bag of freshly roasted coffee and enjoy a complimentary drink at any of our locations.
