RISE FLIX is a streaming and distribution platform that caters directly to independent and student filmmakers to facilitate the process of getting them and their work discovered by industry professionals including talent agencies, management companies, producers, production companies, festivals curators, and financiers all over the world.
We are proud to host the New York City premiere of "VEMANA", a short horror film created by emerging filmmaker Michael Joseph and starring rising stars Abelardo Campuzano, Amanda Ochoa, and Basilio Cerdan Jr. who will be present at the premiere to meet everyone who attends!
This event will take place at the prestigious Village East by Angelika theater which recently hosted the Tribeca Film Festival's advanced premiere of cult-classic "THE STRANGERS: CHAPTER 1".
