What is a Plated Landscape™ Dinner?

Since 2006, Plated Landscapes—created by Chef, Founder, and Farmer Ben Bebenroth—have offered unforgettable dining experiences. Hosted at our farm, Spice Acres, and other scenic locations across Northeast Ohio, these immersive events celebrate the connection between food, nature, and community.

Each evening begins with a warm welcome, featuring a signature cocktail and seasonally inspired hors d’oeuvres. Guests then enjoy a multi-course dinner set against breathtaking backdrops, whether it’s a farm field, an artist’s studio, or one of Cleveland’s iconic Metroparks. About this Dinner:
Celebrate Valentine’s weekend with Rare Hide, a steakhouse-inspired supper club where bold flavors and a playful nod to leather craftsmanship come together. Enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring:

• An epic charcuterie spread to kick things off with welcoming cocktails
• Four reinvented steakhouse-inspired courses, thoughtfully paired with wines.
• A romantic, intimate dining experience designed for a memorable night out.

About the Venue + Our Hosts:
Set inside FOUNT's warehouse in Tyler Village, this dinner brings together the artistry of handcrafted leather goods and Spice Catering Co.’s signature farm-to-table creativity. Known for their exquisite leather hides and timeless designs, Fount’s space creates the perfect backdrop for a cozy, indulgent evening of love, flavor, and craftsmanship.

Ticket Includes handcratfed FOUNT "Kestrel Keychain" and 20% off any goods purchased from the showroom that evening.

Parking + Wayfinding:

Tyler Village parking lot between the building and the rail road tracks.

Enter through the front door of the space on the corner of the building near Gotta Groove Records and look for event signage.

The Deets:

Due to the custom nature of our from-scratch menus, we are unable to accommodate most dietary allergies. However, we are happy to accommodate guests with Celiac disease.

There will be no plant based option for this dinner, given the steakhouse theme.
