Join us at the beautiful Walnut Grove Farm in Knoxville for a day dedicated to women. This day is all about you!
Nurture is a women's day retreat where you will have the opportunity to connect with other women at an event created by women for women! We'll open with gentle stretches led by Michelle Johnson, registered yoga instructor and owner of the Lavender Lotus Yoga Studio. Following this relaxing practice, we'll take a sensory walk through the walnut grove. Afterwards we'll gather to create intention jars, a beautiful and nurturing practice. A delicious lunch will be provided by Innkeepers Coffee. During lunch we will enjoy live music performed by Tina and Wiliam Hope. In the afternoon, Tina Hope from Tina's Botanicals will guide you through creating your own herbal tea blend. To close our day, enjoy a meditative and restorative sound bath guided by Celestial Connections.
The cost for this 6 hour event is $125 - lunch and beverages are included. This is a special day you won't want to miss!
We are limiting the number of attendees to keep the event intimate so do register early to secure your spot.
