Celebrate 40 years of Caviar Excellence and National Caviar Day with Tsar Nicoulai Caviar in collaboration with His & Hers Events in the Grand Hall of the Historic San Francisco Ferry Building for a luxurious evening filled with the finest caviar delights.
Indulge in the exquisite flavors of Tsar Nicoulai Caviar while dancing the evening away. This in-person event promises to be a memorable experience for all who attend. Don't miss out on this exclusive opportunity to celebrate all the finer things in life!
Throughout the evening we will be freaturing tantilizing bites from our esteemed partners, each a master of their craft: Aphotic Restaurant, Chef Tu David Phu, Daily Driver, Hog Island Oyster, Honey+Brie, MAC Bbq, and Osito SF. These culinary delights will be perfectly complemented by exceptional California wines from Domaine Carneros, Nomadica, St. Supery , J Wine , and Lichen Estate. As you savor each exquisite bite and sip, immerse yourself in the soundscapes curated by DJ Jasmin. But the evening doesn't end there! Feast on a caviar-stuffed olive martini, a masterpiece crafted by the most talented Trevin Hutch, master bartender of Aphotic. Be prepared to be captivated by special performances from violinist extraordinaire Shaina Evoniuk, accompanied by the enigmatic and captivating The Dahlias, their artistry adding a touch of elegance and intrigue to the evening. A portion of ticket proceeds will also be benefitting UC Davis Aquaculture, whose mission is to provide science-based support for California's aquaculture farms.
