Plant based Chef from Chicago, Alexandra Curatolo owned Belli's for ten years before recently moving to Central Arkansas. Belli's was Zagat rated & on Chicago Eater's list of 'Top 10 Fancy & Healthy Food Restaurants in Chicago' 'Chicago's Best Juices & Smoothie Bars' and 'Where to Find Chicago's Best Salad Bars.' Her dishes focused on sourcing locally in the Midwest while adding elements of southern Italian cooking to the menu, that of which she grew up on in her Italian grandmother Lina's kitchen. The restaurant itself was casual, farm to table with a focus on community, often hosting free health & wellness workshops, community events & supporting local artists & youth initiatives.
