Thank you Region 9 for hosting Local Foods Week 2024!
We are excited to be collaborating with Upbeet Farms, out of St. Peter, MN.
Together, using their spicy micro greens, we've created one pretty delicious pizza:
creme fraiche
fresh roasted peaches
prosciutto
spicy micro greens
drizzled with our homemade honey balsamic glaze
This pizza will be our weekly feature and only available at the farm!
