End your weekend with relaxing and refueling your body, mind, and spirit with Goat Yoga of Southern IL at the beautiful Willoughby Heritage Farms. This event is unique but I guarantee you will have an amazing time and leave with a smile on your face. This is relaxation with laughter 馃グThe best way to start your busy weekend by getting some self care. Take the hour yoga class and stay to get all the pictures you want after!

ABSOLUTELY no yoga experience needed. Come expecting to have an amazing time!
