About the Event

Join us for an exciting goat yoga class featuring our herd of friendly goats. We guarantee you'll leave smiling ear-to-ear!

Looking for a fun and unique way to practice yoga? Join us for an exciting Goat Yoga class featuring our friendly, playful herd! Whether big or small, our goats love cuddles and will fill your practice with smiles, laughter, and joy. While it may not be the most traditional yoga session, it’s guaranteed to be one of the most memorable!

This family-friendly event has been featured in SeacoastOnline.com, AOL.com, the Exeter News-Letter, Oyster River's Mouth of the River, and even on Rock 101's "Greg & the Morning Buzz." Perfect for all ages and ability levels, it’s a playful and heartwarming way to enjoy yoga.

What to Expect:

  • Begin with 15 minutes of meet-and-greet with our goats, giving you plenty of time for cuddles and photos
  • Move into 40 minutes of (optional) yoga in our cozy, heated room with close goat interaction - led by our E-RYT 200, Jessica Sunshine
  • Plenty of interaction with the goats, plus specially allotted time for fun photos
  • After class, explore our farm and meet the pigs, bunnies, sheep, ducks, and chickens!

Class Details:

  • $30 per class
  • Class size is limited to 20 participants, so grab your tickets quickly—they sell out fast!
  • Please bring your own mat and towel (goats love to nibble, so towels are recommended for easy cleaning).
  • Note: Tickets are non-refundable, and spots fill up fast. If we’re sold out, please call (603) 686-1961 to join the waitlist.

Come for the yoga, stay for the goats—and leave with fun memories you’ll treasure!

*Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to set up for your practice, lay down your towel, and take off your valuables (earrings, shoes, purses, etc.). Be sure to wear "farm clothes" for this experience. Most importantly, please bring a TOWEL & a HAIR TIE!
