Chell's Charcuterie Class at Long View Ciderhouse
About the Event
Join us for a fun, outdoor, Friday night charcuterie box class at the beautiful Long View Ciderhouse in Southington.
You will learn how to create a salami flower, kiwi star, provolone rose and more with a hands-on lesson from Chell's Charcuterie. Michelle will bring all the necessary tools needed (not included for take home) to design your masterpiece to take home and enjoy. Class will take place outside, under the tent with the amazing view at Long View Ciderhouse.
Included: Four cheeses, two meats, dried fruit, fresh fruit, fresh herbs, chocolate, crackers/flatbeads, charcuterie box and 1-5oz cider pour!
At Long View Ciderhouse, they are passionate about creating high-quality, delicious hard cider using apples sourced directly from our eighth-generation family farm, Rogers Orchards.
