The Charlotte Garden Club is delighted to share the exciting news about the return of its highly anticipated annual fundraising event, the "Art in the Garden Tour." Scheduled for May 4th \(10:00 am to 4:00 pm\) and May 5th \(1:00 pm to 4:00 pm\), this two-day self-guided tour promises a unique opportunity for attendees to explore seven private gardens spanning from Eastover to Ballantyne. Each garden, with its distinctive design, is a testament to the creativity and dedication of the passionate gardeners who have graciously opened their gates to the public. Participants can leisurely stroll through these carefully curated gardens, experiencing the seamless blend of horticulture and art. To enhance the overall experience, each garden will feature a talented artist, showcasing a range of nature-inspired ceramics and vibrant paintings. Tickets for the "Art in the Garden Tour" will be available for purchase starting the first week of April on www.charlottegardenclub.com. Early birds can secure advance tickets at $40 for the public \(increasing to $45 on tour days\) and a special rate of $35 for Charlotte Garden Club members \($40 on tour days\). For patrons planning to attend, it's important to note that the tour will proceed RAIN OR SHINE. Attendees are advised to wear casual attire and flat-heeled shoes, as some gardens may have stone steps. While children up to 17 are welcome for free, strollers are not permitted, and dogs are not allowed to ensure consideration for both the gardens and fellow attendees.
