Body Love Workshop for Teens

Directions About the Event
This workshop is for girls ages 11+ and their mothers to understand and embrace their changing bodies, learn about their menstrual cycles in an empowered way, and be introduced to self care and lifestyle changes that will support lifelong feminine health. Participants will also take home a free copy of our Body Love guide.
