In this unique movement practice we fly through weightless inversions, full body stretches & strengthening, core work and more - all with a touch of fun! Come ready to put in some work before stretching and relaxing upside down 🙃

Please arrive 15 minutes early!

Yoga Mat rental $5.

Please bring a hand towel for sweat.

PARKING: There is street & grass parking all around the block in front of fences and gates.

FIND THE CLASS: Enter where the fence says YOGA to the right side of house 7630. Keep right to find the class under the Tiki Hut.
