The moon is a transmitter of the heavens to earth. Its repeating monthly cycle offers us an energetic blueprint for how to channel our efforts and work with each phase in an intentional (i.e. magical) way. By pairing the significations of the lunar phases with specific herbal actions, we can become alchemists in our lives, co-creating with the heavens and the terrestrial prima Materia! This teaching will cover the foundational theory guiding the lunar phases and corresponding herbal doctrines of signatures so you can go on to synergize the wisdom of both for the good of all.

Herbs For These Times / Elizabeth Baker- Yurt
The use of herbs for medicinal purposes can be traced back to ancient civilizations, and continued to be practiced throughout the Middle Ages and renewed during the Renaissance. In the 19th and 20th centuries, modern medicine began to dominate healthcare, and the use of herbal medicine declined. However, in recent years, there has been a resurgence of interest in how the plants are here to support us. Join me for Herbs for These Times where we will explore the constituents of plants that help to support life in the modern world where mineral balance and detoxifying heavy metal exposures are keys to longevity and optimal health.
