About the Farm
Background
Located on the west passage of Narragansett Bay, this 300-acre farm is owned by Historic New England. It has a rich history and continues to operate as a working farm.
Practices
The farm cultivates a variety of vegetables, small fruits, herbs, and flowers, and is home to heritage-breed chickens and turkeys, as well as pigs, ducks, and bunnies.
The Rest
Casey Farm hosts a farmers market on Saturdays from May through October and offers guided tours on Tuesdays and Saturday mornings. Additionally, the annual Spring Seedling Sale takes place in early May.
