Winter Greens Farm began as Betsy's Farm in Warner, New Hampshire in 2005. The farm moved to Winslow, Maine in 2007, where it operated for four years before settling in Canton, North Carolina in 2011. The farm has been certified organic in New Hampshire, Maine, and for two years in North Carolina.
