Wholesome Food Farm
About
Owned by the Moseley Family, Wholesome Food Farm is a third-generation farming family operation. Known for their dedication to producing high-quality beef, the farm has established a reputation for raising Black Angus cattle organically and providing superior products to customers in Berks County and the Lehigh Valley.
The farm adheres to strict grass-fed guidelines, ensuring cattle are never fed corn or any type of grain. Black Angus cattle roam freely in pastures rich with clover, timothy, and orchard grass, and are never confined to a feed lot. During the winter months, the cattle are fed haylage and dry hay, organically grown at a nearby farm. The farm avoids the use of growth hormones, antibiotics, and vaccinations, focusing instead on constant animal and soil management throughout the production life-cycle.
The mission of the farm is to create a healthy environment that produces happy and contented animals, ultimately providing consumers with a quality product.
