Veritas Farms

Veritas Farms has established itself in the Hudson Valley as a haven for Heritage breed animals. The laying flock includes various Heritage breeds of chickens, producing a variety of eggs. Meat chickens, including Heritage breeds and Cornish rock crosses, are raised on pasture. The farm also raises Heritage breeds of turkey, Pekin ducks, Gloucestershire Old Spot and Large Black pigs, and Scottish Highland and Devon cattle. Grass farming is a core practice, contributing to the flavor and health benefits of their meats and eggs.
