About the Farm
Background
Ben and Cassie Seppanen have dedicated themselves to raising grassfed beef and pastured poultry on their family farm. Their commitment to quality and transparency is evident in their seasonal production model and direct engagement with customers.
Practices
The farm emphasizes soil health through a symbiotic relationship between their livestock and the land. Both beef and poultry are moved daily to fresh grass, ensuring a natural diet and minimizing environmental impact. Poultry are kept in floorless pens and supplemented with non-GMO feed, while cattle are fed organic Thorvin kelp and Redmond salt. This method not only promotes animal welfare but also enhances the nutritional quality of the meat.
The Rest
All orders must be received by March 1st due to the seasonal nature of their production. Customers can contact the farm for more information or to subscribe to their newsletter, ensuring they stay informed about the farm's offerings and practices.
