The Divide Ranch

Located in the foothills of western Glenn County in Northern California, Divide Ranch is a family-owned and operated ranch. The family works together to manage the various aspects of ranching while cherishing and preserving their agricultural heritage.

Divide Ranch employs conservation practices such as rotational grazing and the implementation of riparian buffer zones. These methods contribute to the overall health of both the land and the cattle, ensuring a sustainable and balanced ecosystem. The cattle are raised without hormones or antibiotics, and some steers are grass-fed and finished for direct sales.

Divide Ranch is a proud supporter of the Buy Fresh Buy Local initiative. Their beef is sold at local farmers' markets, including the Chico Certified Farmers’ Market in downtown Chico every Saturday morning and at the North Valley Plaza (Trader Joe’s) in Chico every other Wednesday.
