About the Farm
Background
The farm has become known for its farm-to-table restaurant that operates four days a week, featuring live music during Sunday Dinner. Visitors are welcomed to explore the farm, interact with the animals, and enjoy meals that highlight the farm's produce and livestock.
Practices
The farm raises certified 100% grass-fed Longhorn cows, Jersey dairy cows, organically-raised and pastured Red Wattle pigs, and pastured Australorp chickens, all of which are rare heritage breeds. The animals are nourished by lush grass and pastured conditions, ensuring they stay naturally healthy without the need for additives such as hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. The chickens and pigs are fed certified organic, non-GMO, soy-free feeds. The farm operates with a focus on organic, holistic, and humane practices, striving to maintain a regenerative approach to farming.
The Rest
Visitors to the farm can enjoy a variety of activities, including feeding organic alfalfa to miniature donkeys and Jersey dairy cows, and observing the heritage breed Red Wattle pigs and piglets. The restaurant, which requires reservations, offers meals in a dining room that overlooks the pastures. The farm encourages visitors to sign up for their newsletter for the latest updates.
