The farm has established itself as a reliable source of fresh, hydroponically grown produce, catering to local farmers markets and ensuring a steady supply of high-quality vegetables throughout its operating season.

Utilizing hydroponic methods, the farm grows its produce in nutrient-rich water solutions, allowing for precise control over growing conditions and resource use. This method minimizes soil degradation and optimizes plant health, resulting in robust and flavorful vegetables.

The farm's produce is available from December 1 to July 1, with sales at Lake Mary and Sand Lake Farmers Markets on Saturdays, and Lake Eola Farmers Market on Sundays.
