About the Farm
Background
Established on May 20th, 1862, under the Homesteading Act, this centennial farm became a part of the Stepanski family. Dion and Molly Stepanski returned to Posen, MI, in July of 2014 to revive and prepare the land for cultivation.
Practices
Utilizing biological, organic practices, the farm focuses on methods that enhance soil health and promote biodiversity, ensuring that the land remains fertile and productive for future generations.
The Rest
The farm offers a wide variety of produce, including basil, beans, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, chard, cucumbers, kale, kalettes, leeks, lettuces, onions, bok choy, hot and sweet peppers, potatoes, radishes, spinach, and tomatoes, available for both wholesale and retail.
