The farm has been family-owned and operated for five generations, cultivating a long-standing herd bred for an unparalleled grass-fed taste. The Hand family has dedicated themselves to raising cattle in a humane and ethical manner, ensuring a stress-free environment for their animals.

The farm employs natural cattle management and free-range practices, with the herd enjoying fresh spring water and lush grazing pastures of local non-GMO grasses. Winter hay is grown on-site in established hay fields. The farm is committed to producing chemical-free food, avoiding routine chemicals on their fields, and providing spring water from an underground spring-fed well. Their beef is free from antibiotics, hormones, GMOs, and preservatives.

USDA inspected products are sold frozen at local farmer's markets, including St. Andrews waterfront farmer's market, Grand Lagoon Waterfront farmer's market, and Destin's Main Street Market.
