About the Farm

Background

High Rock Farms has been in the family since 1942, initially focusing on tobacco, pick-your-own strawberries, Charolais and Angus cattle, and produce for the family. The farm began its current iteration in 2017 and has continued to grow, now serving the community with hay, herbs, and produce.

Practices

The farm employs natural and organic fertilizers and plant-based pest deterrents, avoiding pesticides, chemicals, or herbicides. All animals, including pigs, donkeys, and miniature horses, are treated with respect and considered part of the family, raised with gratitude and love.

The Rest

High Rock Herbs delivers extracts from locally-grown, naturally-fertilized medicinal herbs that are hand-harvested for fresh, vibrant medicine. The farm also raises donkeys, miniature horses, and Berkshire pigs, emphasizing the health, happiness, and love of all animals.
