Located in the Texas Hill Country, the ranch has dedicated itself to raising Corriente cattle, a breed known for its natural leanness and flavorful beef.

Cattle graze on native pastures without the use of chemical fertilizers, and water sources are free from chemicals and chlorine. Weed and brush control is managed through natural methods such as sheep, goats, and hand pulling. The cattle are raised without hormones or antibiotics, ensuring a natural and healthy product.

Corriente cattle, being naturally leaner than European breeds, offer a tender and flavorful beef that stands out in the market.
