Eve and Chris Kaplan-Walbrecht have been the primary farmers at Garden of Eve, located in Riverhead, NY. Members of the Garden of Eve CSA can purchase shares that support the farm before the growing season begins, in return for fresh produce throughout the summer and fall. Distribution locations include Dukes Liquor Box in Brooklyn and McCarren Park in Williamsburg, with sign-ups available for both weekly and biweekly shares. Additional add-on shares, such as coffee, jam, mushrooms, and honey, may also be available.
