Perched on a ridgetop in Casey County, Kentucky, the farm operation has been in the family since 1991, though it emerged as a new entity in 2022.
Practices
Utilizing low-till methods, the farm focuses on growing a diverse array of Certified Organic vegetables and herbs, ensuring minimal soil disturbance and promoting soil health.
The Rest
In addition to vegetables and herbs, the farm is expanding its flock of Katahdin-mix sheep with plans to offer lamb in 2025. Produce and products are sold at Boyle County Farmers Market, through a Year-Round customizable CSA, and to several grocery stores and restaurants.
