About the Farm
Background
Founded by two Merced County veterans, the farm was established to offer accessible, nutrient-dense foods to the community while also serving as a therapeutic project for mental health. Located in Atwater, California, the farm benefits from a Mediterranean climate that allows year-round cultivation.
Practices
The farm uses organic, non-treated, and non-GMO seeds, adhering to organic standards certified by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF). All inputs are Organic Material Reviewed (OMRI) approved, ensuring no synthetic chemicals are used.
The Rest
The farm offers a variety of microgreens including salad mix, arugula, peas, sunflowers, basil, cilantro, radish, broccoli, wheatgrass, fenugreek, and onion. Customers can order produce weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed. The farm also participates in the Modesto Farmers Market every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
