Broom's Bloom Dairy

Dating back to the early 1700s, the farm supports its 9th generation of the Dallam family. Named after the colonial land grant for the area, David and Kate Dallam began milking 65 cows in 1997 and later expanded to making and selling ice cream, cheese, and sausage.

Animals are fed a natural diet of grains and forages without the use of artificial growth hormones.

The farm offers a variety of local products including milk, artisan cheddar, pork sausage, beef, turkey, chicken, honey, bread, and seasonal vegetables. They also sell ice cream pies and cakes, and host special events like live music and Christopher's Train Garden. Their products can be found at local farmers' markets and Denny's Country Store.
