Practices
The farm employs a strict grass-only diet for their cattle, supplemented with their own hay if needed. No antibiotics, growth hormones, herbicides, or pesticides are used. The closed herd policy eliminates the need for vaccinations, contributing to disease-free livestock. All meat is processed locally and dry-aged for two weeks to enhance flavor and quality.
