Breezy Hill Farm

Breezy Hill Farm is a Missouri Century Farm, with the family farming the land for over 130 years since 1865. Known for their grass-finished beef since 1995, they maintain a closed herd with Limousin/Devon genetics since 1999, ensuring no augmentation with sale barn animals.

The farm employs a strict grass-only diet for their cattle, supplemented with their own hay if needed. No antibiotics, growth hormones, herbicides, or pesticides are used. The closed herd policy eliminates the need for vaccinations, contributing to disease-free livestock. All meat is processed locally and dry-aged for two weeks to enhance flavor and quality.
