Arugula's Star of Neal Family Farms, L.P.

Arugulas Star Farm has developed a unique CSA program that allows members to engage directly with the farming process, focusing on growing storage crops like potatoes, dry beans, and garlic. The farm is known for its Genuine SeedToGather Seal, which signifies a commitment to organic and biodynamic practices.

The farm combines organic and biodynamic growing methods, emphasizing chemical-free food production and an old-world natural cycle. Members participate in hands-on farm visits, experiencing the planting, growing, observing, and harvesting processes firsthand.

The Genuine Potato, Dry Bean, & Garlic Shared Agriculture Program (SAP) runs from mid to late March through early July, offering a unique educational and agritourism experience. The program includes 21 varieties of potatoes, 10 varieties of garlic, and 8 varieties of dry beans. It serves as a supplement to other CSA memberships and encourages early sign-up by March 20th. Volunteers and interns can participate at no cost.
